About me

About me

Passionate About Inspiring Others

I’m an adventurous explorer by nature. Born in Russia and raised in Europe, I’ve travelled the globe to more than 45 countries, always wanting to learn more about new cities, cultures and people.

After school I decided to head to University to study Commercial Engineering. Three years in I found myself bored and restless, so (to the surprise and horror of my parents) I decided to quit university and set off on my own path. If Mark Zuckerberg can do it, why can’t I? I was certain I was not on my path and I had this strong feeling that I was supposed to be elsewhere. What am I supposed to do with Electromagnetism anyways?

Lesson 1: Take risks.

So there I was, a college dropout with almost no work experience…now what? The first thing I did was to identify my strengths. Using intuitive guidance I knew that my proficiency in languages (five of them in total) was my biggest asset. I searched high and low and was lucky enough to interview for an internship in a finance company based in Switzerland. Not only did I get the job, but I was elated and finally felt like I was in the driver’s seat of my life.

Lesson 2: Know your strengths.

Always an adventurer, I decided after my internship I would pack my bags and move to London. Timing wasn’t on my side though and unfortunately, I landed right when the financial crisis hit. The energy of this megacity was also overwhelming. I didn’t know a soul, didn’t have any connections, was unemployed and was living out of my suitcase. Interview after interview I still had no luck and I found my savings melting away much quicker than I expected. After suffering from the worst flu of my life, I was ready to throw in the towel. I wanted to go home to the warmth and comfort of my town. I decided to have two final interviews though, and after the first fail, the second was a winner and I scored the perfect job at a private equity firm.

Also, I realized I was not Mark Zuckerberg after all and getting a degree is not such a bad idea. I am now a proud holder of BSc Development and Economics from London School of Economics.

Lesson 3: Never give up.

After my time in London, I was pulled towards the wonderful city of Dubai. This couldn’t have been a more perfect place for me to call home. After all, Dubai dreams big. The young, vibrant city gave me the opportunity to start making my dreams a reality.

One thing I had realised along the path of my life, was that I had been coaching myself all along. I was taking charge of my own life, I was open to learning and taking risks and I held myself accountable for successes and failures and followed my own path. I began to realise quickly that as humans, we have so much more power and potential than we give ourselves credit for.

As a result of my journey, I decided to take all of my experience, drive and optimism for creating an incredible life and share it with others through my coaching. After graduating as a certified Life Coach I finally feel like my path is aligned with my values. I love partnering with clients to help them overcome their own limiting beliefs, embrace themselves fully and build the life they truly desire.

Lesson 4: Follow your passion.
